Do you want to reform laws and policies in order to advance equality?

Welcome to the NAWL Charitable Trust’s applied course on feminist law reform

This course draws on the expertise of feminist lawyers and others actively engaged in the federal law reform process to provide a “tool-kit” for pursuing systemic legislative remedies.

  • As a result of a generous donation from Shirley Greenberg, the course is free. There is no University credit system associated with it

  • Each module of the course combines readings with a number of short and instructive video clips

  • Assignments and discussion questions are suggested for academics and others who may be using this course as a way to design their own curricula
